My skin has never looked better. Following a prism IO scan in the May Clinic, Sinead recommended taking collagen supplements and after 6 weeks , I know I will use them for life. I have spent a small fortune in the last 20 years chasing that dewy glow - buying highlighters, contouring sticks and i have to say ,taking these supplements upon Sinead 's advice, have had a far far more effective result. I stopped the supplements for a couple of days ( my supply ran out) and whatever glow/shine they bring went and my skin looked more weathered and parched. Once I started back taking the supplement again that dewy hue or even radiance came back to my skin.
